A Day In Paradise Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2026

1. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the trip. The ticket holder agrees that A Day in Paradise, the management, venue, event participants, P.U. Enterprises SL, and all associated agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any claims arising from such risks.

2. Drinks

Each ticket includes up to six complimentary drinks. Options may include beer, wine, sangria, and soft drinks.

Alcohol is served only to those of legal drinking age. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. A Day in Paradise reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a way that may compromise safety.

Additional drinks or food may be available to purchase on board and are cash only.

3. Food and Allergens

While vegetarian and vegan options are available, all food is prepared in the same kitchen and handled in shared preparation areas. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any food served is completely free from allergens.

Guests with food allergies or intolerances must inform staff in advance. By consuming food on board, guests acknowledge and accept the risk of possible cross-contamination.

A Day in Paradise accepts no liability for allergic reactions or adverse responses resulting from food consumed during the trip.

4. Customer Responsibility

Guests are responsible for checking their tickets upon receipt, as errors cannot always be rectified.

Ticket orders are only confirmed once accepted by us. While we aim to ensure accuracy of all information and pricing, errors may occur. If an error is identified, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Swim Stop Safety

Swimming is strictly prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances.

Participation in the swim stop is at the guest’s own risk. A Day in Paradise reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who appears to pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

Guests must follow all instructions given by crew and organisers at all times. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the swim stop without refund.

6. Weather, Route Changes and Cancellations

Boat trips are subject to weather conditions, including wind, waves, and sea state. Routes and itineraries may be modified at any time to ensure the safety of guests and crew.

In cases of high winds, rough seas, or other unsafe conditions, trips may be postponed or cancelled.

  • If the trip is cancelled and cannot operate, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the trip is postponed, guests will be offered an alternative date.

  • If the alternative date is not suitable, a refund will be provided.

A Day in Paradise cannot be held responsible for disappointment caused by necessary changes due to weather or safety considerations.

7. Admission and Conduct

A Day in Paradise reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests for safety, security, or behavioural reasons, including intoxication or drug use. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Late entry may be permitted at the discretion of the crew but cannot be guaranteed.

Illegal, dangerous, or antisocial behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.

8. Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except where stated under the Weather and Cancellations clause.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain. Any ticket found to have been resold in this way may be deemed void and entry refused.

9. Personal Property

A Day in Paradise accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the trip.

10. Age Restrictions

All events are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid photographic ID may be required, and a Challenge 25 policy may operate.

11. Complaints and Claims

Any complaints, injuries, or claims must be reported to an A Day in Paradise representative on the day of the event. Written notification must also be submitted within 14 days of the event.

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are confidential. Any false or misleading claims will invalidate any proposed resolution.
